Transformation College of Business and Technology has announced the commencement of applications for its 4th Cohort 2026 Summer Programme, a 12-week virtual diploma designed to equip professionals, graduates and entrepreneurs with practical skills for today’s workplace.

The institution said the programme, which runs every Saturday, has continued to attract participants from Nigeria, Ghana and several other countries including Kenya, South Africa, Cameroon, Israel, the United States, the United Kingdom and Canada.

According to the college, the diploma programme covers Business Analysis, Project Management, ISO Management Systems, Artificial Intelligence and Personal Empowerment.

Founder of the institution, Dr. Orlando Olumide Odejide, said the initiative was created to bridge the gap between ambition and access by making quality professional education affordable and flexible for Africans and participants across the world.

He said the Saturday schedule was intentionally designed to allow working professionals and business owners improve their qualifications without disrupting their weekday responsibilities.

Graduates from previous cohorts described the programme as impactful and practical.

One participant, Salman Nadrah, said, “This was actually the first virtual training I will pay for and participate. To be candid, it’s worth more than the token.”

Another graduate, Chieduzie Ogbuehi, said the programme broadens participants’ understanding of organisational operations beyond their immediate job roles.

He said, “You immediately start to see beyond the scope of your job description into other areas of an organization that would remain elusive to the uninformed.”

Other participants praised the quality of teaching and relevance of the curriculum.

Adenike Adebayo said the structure of the programme allowed for deep learning in ISO certifications while also improving personal excellence.

Tesleem Esuola described the training as a “game-changer,” citing the value of courses in business analysis, risk management, public speaking and work etiquette.

Vera Iyere said the trainers demonstrated expertise and made concepts easy to understand.

The college said the programme combines technical knowledge with leadership development, communication skills and mindset transformation aimed at helping participants improve performance in both professional and personal settings.

General Manager of the institution, Boma Al, said the upcoming cohort reflects lessons learned from previous editions and offers the most refined version of the programme so far.

He said, “The combination of technical mastery and personal empowerment we are offering in 2026 is unlike anything else available at this price point.”

Programmes Director, Edith Ugochukwu, said the institution has witnessed significant growth in confidence, clarity and leadership capacity among past participants.

She said the 4th Cohort would be the most impactful yet, with improved delivery systems and stronger faculty support.

The college stated that the programme is suitable for fresh graduates seeking employability skills, mid-career professionals looking for advancement, entrepreneurs seeking operational knowledge and diaspora participants seeking flexible global credentials.

The 2026 programme will run from June 6 to September 5, 2026, every Saturday from 10am to 3pm through live virtual classes.

Participants will receive a diploma certificate and trainer-verified credentials upon completion.

Registration fees are ₦10,000 for Nigerians, 100 Ghana cedis for Ghanaians and $7 for international applicants.

Transformation College urged interested applicants to complete registration before the programme begins in June.
