Tems recently received her Grammy Award for “Love Me Jeje,” making her the most awarded Nigerian artist at the Grammys.
Peter Obi, the former Labour Party presidential candidate, congratulated Nigerian singer Temilade Openiyi, better known as Tems, on her victory in the Best African Music Performance category at the 67th Grammy Awards on Sunday. He celebrated her achievement and also highlighted the impressive success of Nigerian youth in the entertainment industry.

In her acceptance speech, Tems thanked God and her team, and also took a moment to wish her mother a happy birthday on stage.
