TVC presenter, Morayo-Afolabi-Brown has lamented on the state of insecurity in Nigeria. According to her, she foolishly believed in President Muhammadu Buhari’s change mantra not knowing that it was a retrogressive change.
She made the comments on her Instagram page where she opined that any right-thinking leader will do the honourable thing of resigning from office at this time.
According to her, any right-thinking, sincere, and straightforward leader in Nigeria today should do the honorable thing by resigning as they are not suitable for office at this time that people are dying asking all principal officers to step down.
OAP Morayo Brown added that someone has observed that President Buhari is looking much healthier, fresher, and happier than he did in 2015 hence does that mean their recent predicament brings him joy and happiness, or does he feel accomplished?
Expressing how she felt after watching a video from the kidnappers in Kaduna, OAP Morayo Brown asked what the parents of the victims are going through wondering if president Buhari has seen that video and whether he is able to sleep?
It appears what is happening in the country is not a matter of urgency to the leaders for them to find something to do about it but are only taking a long time in discussing it while people are dying each day in the hands of these bandits.
