Ransom Kuti Memorial Grammar School, 1988 set last week celebrated 35 years of leaving school.
The old students association of the School went back to their alma mater to relieve memories.
Making the event colourful by putting on their school uniform as they did five years ago, they also had an inter-House Sports Competition to add glamour to the celebration.
Apart from engaging in inter-house sports, the old students observed the traditional assembly and roll call.
According to the secretary of the 1988 set, Olufemi Adebimpe, said this year, the group embarked on some projects in the school, such as refurbishing the sick bay in the junior secondary school and some offices in the senior school.
She also mentioned some of the previous projects they’ve carried out years back, such as equipping the ICT room with computers, furniture, and UPS. She also noted that they have a standing support project for some indigent students whose daily feeding, transportation, and upkeep allowances are covered as well as the purchase of their books, sandals, and uniforms.
