The Rabiu Olowo Foundation (TROF) has embarked on an ambitious initiative that is reshaping the future of thousands of young Nigerians through three interconnected programs designed to address critical needs in health, education and community development.
The TROF 10kProjects represents a holistic approach to community service, touching lives across multiple states in Nigeria.

Three Pillars of the Impact are; 10kTech initiative which aims to equip 10,000 young Nigerians with essential technological skills that will position them for success in the digital economy; the 10kGenoTest initiative which addresses a critical healthcare need by providing 10,000 free genotype tests across different states in Nigeria; and the 10kHealth initiative which partners with state health insurance schemes to enroll 10,000 sickle cell warriors in free health insurance programs.
Since launching the 10kProject series, TROF has made significant strides in bringing these initiatives directly to communities. The foundation has conducted free genotype testing at various locations across Lagos State and Ibadan, reaching people where they are. By taking the program to secondary schools, TROF is educating young people at a crucial stage in their lives, ensuring they have this vital information before making important life decisions.

In addition to genotype testing, the foundation has organized free medical clinics, providing comprehensive health services to underserved communities. These clinics not only offer immediate medical attention but also serve as platforms for health education and awareness, creating a ripple effect of positive impact throughout the communities served.
The TROF 10kProjects represents more than just numbers; it embodies a vision for a Nigeria where young people have access to the skills they need to thrive, where preventable diseases are stopped before they start, and where quality healthcare is accessible to all, regardless of economic status. Through the combination of technology education, preventive health screening, and health insurance access, the Rabiu Olowo Foundation is building a foundation for lasting change that will benefit not just the current generation, but generations to come.

As the project continues to expand its reach across Nigeria, TROF remains committed to its mission of transforming lives and building stronger, healthier communities through strategic interventions that address both immediate needs and long-term development.
