The leader of the proscribed Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB), Nnamdi Kanu, has said no soldier deployed to the South-East will return alive.
The freedom fighter made the statement while reacting to the recent comment by President Muhammadu Buhari on those connected with the series of attacks on government facilities.
Recall that the President Buhari had said he would soon shock those behind the attacks while receiving briefing from the Chairman, Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC), Professor Mahmood Yakubu over the destruction of the commission’s offices by unknown gunmen in the region.
In a statement by his Special Adviser on Media and Publicity, Femi Adesina, the President stated that the attacks in the South-East were aimed at destroying the image of his administration.
Kanu stated this on Wednesday in a tweet on his official Twitter handle.
The tweet reads, “It’s not for the living to respond to the dead but given the lack of reasoning prevalent in the #Zoo Nigeria, I wish to assure @GarShehu, the Jihadi midget @elrufai & that Fulani lapdog Femi Adesina that any army they send to #Biafraland will die there. None will return alive”.
