Speaking in a recent video shared, Mr. Odunsi remarked, “His mother should ask him when he last saw me.” Nigerian hip-hop star, Ahmed Ololade, widely known as Asake, has reconciled with his father, Fatai Odunsi. In a recent video posted on Sunday, Mr. Odunsi confirmed that Asake had reached out to him. This comes days after Mr. Odunsi accused the music star of neglecting him since his health began to decline in 2022.
Asake has now promised to buy his father a house and cover his medical expenses. Mr. Odunsi also stated, “He has never denied his child, but he has now promised to take full responsibility for him.” He further shared, “Asake told me he will do everything I want. We’ve settled things now, no more issues.” Additionally, Asake has agreed to take full responsibility for his 11-year-old daughter, Zeenat. “They are currently looking for a new house that he will buy for me. Everything has been settled.”
