Sean Polotee Bags NIWMGA ‘Personality of the Year Award’
A member of the Jordan 105.5FM, Lagos, Mr. Tee Abiola Alabi Oduola Adeleke, more popularly known as Sean Polotee, on December 31st 2023 received the Personality of the Year Award for his exploits in the Nigerian space.
Sean Polotee was given the award alongside some select media personalities who have distinguished themselves in the various fields of human endeavours.
The Nigeria Icon Watch Media Grand Award, NIWMGA, was organised by Cornel Media Consult.
Sean Polotee, is a Nigerian journalist, poet, publisher and artist of more than two decades. He has worked in a wide range of professional capacities, cutting across both the private and public spheres. He is the brain behind the popular slogan, ‘MAAGBON’, now commonly used in the Lagos social circles, which he says is a youth advocacy movement aimed at creating a positive drive in society.
He is a recipient of other distinguished awards, including, the Nigerian Media Nite Out Award, Ikeja City Award, as well as the African Custodian Awards, Buzz News Best Awards.
The Baale of Jordan FM, as also fondly called by his admirers, is presently the host of the award-winning radio show, Deflower Your Mind With Sean Polotee, an audience engaging weekly show that runs on Jordan 105.5FM at 3:30pm on Wednesdays and 3:00pm on Thursdays.
