Real reason why I ran away from home – Ijoba Lande

Social media skit maker, Ganiyu Kehinde aka Ijoba Lande, who returned four days after he was reported missing by his family members, has opened up on why he left.
The comic act, during an Instagram Live session, dispelled rumours that he was kidnapped.

He admitted to leaving home of his own as he was under spiritual attack.

He said: “I was under spiritual attack. I left home myself because all the prophecies I heard about myself were all coming to pass.”

According to him, some prophets told him he would go broke, get into debt, sell his properties and walk to places he once drove to.

Appreciating his colleagues and fans for their efforts while he was away, he said: “I appreciate everyone. They said almost everyone posted.

“I want to tell everyone that depression is real, and I want to tell the whole world that nobody kidnapped me. I did it intentionally but thank God I am back.”

A few days ago, the comedian’s wife posted a video on his Instagram page, raising the alarm about his disappearance.

She claimed her hubby was missing, stating he left home on Sunday night, March 26 after breaking his fast without his phone and had not returned home since then.

Colleagues and well-wishers took to their social media pages to post Lande’s photos seeking information on his whereabouts from the public.

However, he returned home four days later on March 30 with his family members after he was found at Igando by some vigilantes who called the number of the wife to alert the family of him. They found him looking disturbed and really unkempt.

In his return video posted on his page, the skit maker burst into tears on setting foot inside his home after being escorted by family and friends.
