N-Power Beneficiaries Commend Tinubu, Urge  Consideration of Halimat Tejuosho as Betta Edu Replacement

 

The national body of N-Power Beneficiaries Forum has congratulated President Bola Ahmed Tinubu on the occasion of clocking one year while steering the wheels of the country.

 

The Forum also urged Mr. President to consider Dr. Halimat Adenike Tejuosho, a renowned philanthropist, as a replacement for the suspended Minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation, Betta Edu.

 

This call was made in a statement signed and made available to newsmen by the Kano State Chapter Chairman of N-power Beneficiaries Forum, Nazifi Muhammed Abubakar.

 

According to the statement, Dr. Halimat  Tejuosho has been impacting positively the lives of vulnerable Nigerians including students and people with disabilities through her series of Philanthropic activities.

 

The Forum, therefore, tasked Mr. Tinubu to consider her as the perfect replacement for the suspended Minister, Betta Edu.

 

“As beneficiaries dedicated to advocating for the rights and well-being of the N-Power beneficiaries and the less privileged, we acknowledge the efforts and strides made by the administration in addressing various societal issues.

 

“In light of this milestone, the N-Power beneficiaries forum respectfully urges President Bola Ahmed Tinubu to consider the appointment of Dr. Halimat Adenike Tejuosho as the Minister for Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation.

 

“Dr. Tejuosho’s unwavering commitment and support to the N-Power beneficiaries and the less privileged in Nigeria have been exemplary, making her an ideal candidate for this crucial role.

 

“However, it is also worthy to inform you Mr. President that Halimat Adenike Tejuosho has been given money out of her pocket to assist people especially those with disabilities, youths, and the less privileged ones.

 

The Forum also added that appointing Dr. Halimat will increase more votes for the President in the upcoming 2027 general elections to the extent of reclaiming the Gubernatorial seat of the Kano State by the APC.

 

“We the Kano State youths, assure you when Dr. Halimat Adenike Tejuosho is appointed as minister of Humanitarian Affairs and Poverty Alleviation the APC Government will win not only a presidential seat but also governorterial seat in the forthcoming election in the year 2027.

 

“Our appeal to you sir, is to consider our request to appoint Dr. Halimat Adenike Tejuosho as minister for her indefatigable assistance and her serious commitment towards the development of humanities,” the statement added.

 

The Chairman of the Forum emphasized that Dr. Halimat  Tejuosho had offered scholarships to many students from different fields of study including Sciences, Arts and Humanities, Engineering and other health-related courses to many indigenes of Kano State.

 

“Dr. Halimat consistently demonstrated her dedication to improving the lives of youths and marginalized communities through her advocacy, initiatives, and programs. Her expertise, compassion, and extensive experience in humanitarian work uniquely position her to lead efforts aimed at alleviating poverty and addressing the needs of vulnerable populations across the country.

 

“We the N-Power beneficiaries forum emphasize that this request is unprecedented, underscoring the critical importance of having a leader who understands and prioritizes the challenges faced by the youths and marginalized groups. Dr. Tejuosho’s appointment would not only be a significant step towards inclusivity and empowerment but also a testament to President Bola Ahmed Tinubu’s commitment to fostering positive change and social justice.

 

“We express our sincere hope that President Bola Ahmed Tinubu will give due consideration to this request and take into account the aspirations of the N-Power beneficiaries as he continues to steer the nation towards progress and prosperity.” He stated.
