N’Golo Kante has returned to training at Cobham after missing Chelsea’s last six matches with a hamstring injury.
The Frenchman started the Blues’ first two Premier League matches of the campaign against Everton and Tottenham Hotspur, before picking up an injury in that draw with our London rivals in mid-August.
It’s welcome news for Graham Potter ahead of a mammoth month ahead, with nine matches scheduled across October in all competitions.
It will be the first time Chelsea will play that number of games in a calendar month since December last year.
N’Golo was joined by goalkeepers Kepa Arrizabalaga and Edouard Mendy, English duo Ruben Loftus-Cheek and Trevoh Chalobah, and also Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang.
